Cancellation Policy

個別英語レッスンについて（マンツーマン） 1. ご予約・お支払い レッスンは事前予約制となっております。 ご予約確定のため、お申し込み時にお支払いをお願いいたします。 2. キャンセルについて レッスン開始12時間前までにご連絡いただければ、全額返金または別日への振替が可能です。 開始12時間未満のキャンセルにつきましては、事前に教材準備や時間確保を行っているため、原則として返金はいたしかねます。 体調不良や急なご事情がある場合は、できるだけ早めにご連絡ください。状況に応じて、できる限り柔軟に対応させていただきます。 3. 日程変更 12時間前までのご連絡で、日程変更が可能です。 直前の変更につきましては、対応が難しい場合がございますのでご了承ください。 4. 無断欠席・遅刻について 事前連絡のない欠席はキャンセル扱いとなります。 やむを得ず遅れてしまう場合はご連絡ください。可能な範囲で対応いたしますが、基本的にはご予約時間分の料金を頂戴しております。 5. 大切にしていること お子さまやご家庭のご事情はそれぞれ異なります。 体調不良や緊急のご事情などがある場合は、どうぞ遠慮なくご相談ください。 安心して長く通っていただける環境づくりを大切にしています。 English version is below. Private Tutoring Policy (One-on-One) 1. Booking & Payment Private tutoring sessions are scheduled in advance. Payment must be made at booking to secure your spot. 2. Cancellation / Refunds You may cancel a session up to 12 hours in advance and receive a full refund (or credit toward another session). If you cancel less than 12 hours before the session, the fee is non-refundable — because we will already have prepared materials and reserved the time. If you’re sick or have a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. In those cases, we may allow a reschedule or partial credit, depending on the situation. 3. Rescheduling You can reschedule a session if you notify us at least 12 hours before the original time. If notified less than 12 hours in advance, rescheduling is not guaranteed, and you may be charged for the missed session. 4. No-shows / Late Starts If you don’t show up to your session without prior notice, that will count as a cancellation less than 24 hours before and be non-refundable. If you are very late, shortening the session may be possible at the tutor’s discretion, but you’ll still be charged for the full session unless agreed otherwise. 5. Exceptional Circumstances Life happens (illness, emergency, etc.). In such cases, contact us quickly. We may require proof (like a doctor’s note) to consider refunding or rescheduling. We aim to be understanding and flexible for genuine emergencies. 6. Policy Updates These terms apply from the time of booking. We may adjust this policy over time; any changes will be published on our website and communicated to clients.
