Cancellation Policy
Study-Abroad Session Policy 1. General Rules Sessions are on Saturdays or Sundays; dates announced in advance. Monthly Plan users register per session; Annual Plan users are automatically covered for 10 sessions/year. Cancel/reschedule ≥24h before: full refund or reschedule. <24h or no-show: non-refundable. 2. Monthly Plan (2 Sessions/Month — ¥28,000) Cancel ≥24h: full refund. Cancel <24h: non-refundable. Illness/emergencies may allow credit/reschedule at our discretion. 3. Annual Plan (10 Sessions/Year — ¥120,000) A. Before Using Any Session: 100% refund. B. After Using Sessions: Refunds prorated for unused sessions: Used Refund 1 ¥108,000 2 ¥96,000 3 ¥84,000 4 ¥72,000 5 ¥60,000 6 ¥48,000 7 ¥36,000 8 ¥24,000 9 ¥12,000 10 ¥0 Special cases: illness/emergency with proof may allow credit/reschedule. 4. Non-Refundable Situations <24h cancellations or no-shows. Used sessions cannot be refunded. 5. How to Cancel/Reschedule Contact via [email/phone] with your name, session, and date. Refunds processed to original payment within 5–10 business days. 6. Policy Updates Terms shown on Plans & FAQ pages. Updates notified in advance.
